Haman's Wife - sung to I've Grown Accustomed To Her Face from My Fair Lady
Ken Klein
I've grown accustomed to disgrace
To feel the needle and the knife
They're dancing in the streets
All alone I sing the blues!
Point, game, set, match
They win, I lose!
It shouldn't matter to me now,
The little digs, the hidden slights
How when you walk into a room
It seems no matter what you say
Before you get the words out
Ev'rybody turns away!
I've grown accustomed to despair,
Accustomed to disdain!
Accustomed to disgrace!
